How do I make a credit card purchase?

We accept credit card payment for online orders.

Please provide the "bill to" address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the "Bill to" information or the information does not match the address information on file.

Your credit card will not be charged until we provide the goods or services you ordered.

How is my order processed?

How do I check my order status?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.If you established an MyExpressCheckout Account simply login to Meditation Room and click on "account status." Enter your Account ID and password. You will be given a list of all orders taken under your MyExpressCheckout Account. Click on any order number to check the status of that order. You can also send us an email at info@Meditationroom.com.

How can I get promotional mailings?

Meditation Room will notify you of any upcoming promotional opportunities and new products that may interest you. If you wish not to receive these special mailings, please make sure to check the box that reads: "Check this box if you do not wish to receive special promotional mailings from Meditation Room.", which is located at the bottom of the page where you fill in your shipping and billing addresses. If for some reason you forget to do this, you can easily remove yourself from this mailing list by sending an e-mail to info@Meditationroom.com.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If within 15 days of receipt of your shipment, you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you may return any item for a full refund (shipping & handling fees are non-refundable). Please contact our customer service for return authorization.
